MAS Management Network è una società di consulenza direzionale, manageriale e strategica che opera a servizio delle imprese, in particolare per il _made-in-Italy_ e le sue produzioni di eccellenza, in ambito multidisciplinare.

Stiamo ricercando una figura da assumere nel ruolo di "Project Manager” per la nostra sede di Padova. La figura ricercata ha già maturato alcune esperienze di Project Management o di analisi di processo nell'ambito del Fashion e delle applicazioni gestionali informatiche a supporto. Ha una formazione in ambito gestionale/economico ed una buona conoscenza delle logiche di Project Management e delle tecnologie e applicazioni ICT.

Responsabilità

La figura ricercata fornirà consulenza ai nostri clienti circa:

- Analisi e mappatura dei processi delle varie funzioni aziendali;
- Pianificazione, organizzazione e monitoraggio delle attività progettuali coordinando gli stakeholders aziendali;
- Traduzione degli obbiettivi di business in requirements e analisi funzionali per supportare le varie funzioni;
- Gestione e coordinamento delle applicazioni e delle tecnologie ICT delle aziende clienti;
- Elaborazione ed analisi dei dati per valutare particolari situazioni di business;
- Predisposizione di analisi dati ed elaborazione di KPI coerenti con gli obbiettivi del progetto;
- Preparazione di report e documenti per la direzione.
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia e Management o equivalenti;
- Attitudine dinamica e proattiva nei confronti delle mansioni a lui affidate;
- Capacità di organizzazione del proprio lavoro in autonomia, orientato al risultato da raggiungere nel rispetto di scadenze;
- Attitudine al lavoro in cooperazione all’interno di un team;
- Doti di Problem Solving;
- Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Stipendio: €1.500,00 - €3.000,00 al mese
