Per importante azienda in Italia leader del settore HO.RE.CA, siamo alla ricerca di un Customer Experience Specialist da inserire all'interno del Team di Service Strategy. La risorsa lavorerà all’ interno di un team focalizzato sullo sviluppo dei servizi a valore aggiunto per il cliente.
- Supportare l’ottimizzazione di processi e della selling proposition dei servizi al cliente già in essere, quali servizi di consegna, servizi integrativi post-vendita, metodi di pagamento e servizi finanziari
- Supportare nello scouting e sviluppo di nuovi servizi in linea con i trend di mercato e le nuove esigenze dell’Horeca
- Interagisce con le funzioni di Back End (Technology, Legal e Accounting) per definire fattibilità ed implementazione dei nuovi servizi
- Interagisce con la funzione di Digital Media & Advertising per definire i touchpoint di comunicazione più adatti per massimizzare l’impatto sui clienti
- Interagisce con le funzioni di Sales per condividere le linee guida di execution per garantire un efficace utilizzo ed implementazione dei Servizi a Valore Aggiunto proposti
- Interagisce con le funzioni Non Food e Own Brand per la definizione e ottimizzazione della proposta di servizi su queste categories
- Condivide con il Traditional Services Leader azioni di miglioramento a partire dal monitoraggio delle performance dei servizi in essere
