**MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING MANAGER (settore industria alimentare)**

**Il ruolo**: La risorsa, riportando direttamente all’**Amministratore Delegato**, avrà il compito **di pianificare e supervisionare le attività di manutenzione preventiva e straordinaria, di coordinare il personale di officina e di garantire il corretto funzionamento degli impianti e l'implementazione di soluzioni innovative per migliorare l'efficienza dei processi produttivi.**

**Responsabilità Principali**:

- Identificare e implementare progetti di miglioramento continuo;
- Progettare soluzioni innovative;
- Gestire il budget di manutenzione, monitorando costi, tempi e risorse;
- Assicurare il rispetto delle normative di sicurezza del personale dell’officina e in materia di impiantistica previsti dal D.lgs. 81/2008, e il rispetto delle norme di igiene, ambiente e qualità;
- Controllare e coordinare fornitori e ditte esterne per la gestione degli interventi di manutenzione e/o installazione nuovi impianti, verificare contratti, capitolati e Duvri;
- Provvedere alla esecuzione e registrazione dei documenti previsti dal sistema di gestione e dalle certificazioni BRC/IFS;
**Requisiti**:

- **Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Elettrica, Industriale; (INDISPENSABILE)**:

- Esperienza comprovata di almeno 5/10 anni in un ruolo analogo, in contesti industriali del settore alimentare;
- Ottima conoscenza di schemi, impianti elettrici, meccanici, pneumatici e linee di produzione;
- Ottima conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza relative al personale e agli impianti (D.lgs. 81/2008);
- Conoscenza base degli standard di qualità BRC/IFS e della ISO 9001/2015;
- Capacità di leadership e gestione del team mantenendo un clima motivante e collaborativo;
- Ottime doti organizzative e di problem solving.
