Payroll Analyst

**About The Role**:

**Role Purpose**:
The Payroll Associate is expected to ensure accurate and timely processing and releasing of Employees Payroll and that all payroll related inquiries are resolved in timely manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the accuracy of payroll register and on time payment of salaries.
- Verify and monitor the Additional Earnings/Deductions before uploading in the Payroll System.
- Update payroll records in the Payroll System and Oracle Financials
- Maintain proper filing and updating record of payroll reports, government statutory reports and other payroll related records.
- Compute and handle annualized/ last pay computation of resigned employees.
- Check employees' attendance register to generate accurate timekeeping.
- Document monthly payroll issues/concerns raised.
- Assist with reporting from payroll in line with HR and business requirements.
- Other tasks that may be assigned.

**Reporting Task**:

- Employee’s Timekeeping
- Final Pay Reports
- Ad-hoc reports as required
- Other Payroll reports assigned

**Qualifications and Educational Requirements**:

- No work experience required but is an advantage.
