**Responsibilities**:

- Will be responsible for compliance of local and global environmental and safety legislation in the region;
- Responsible for reporting environmental and safety results (local and global);
- Continuously develop and improve environmental and safety management systems;
- Oversees all inspections as directed by HSE Specialist, including internal/external audits in the region, ensuring that requirements are met;
- Report to HSE Specialist on the performance of the management systems (Ie. Results of audits, corrective actions and need for improvements);
- Keep up on standards (internal and external), laws and regulations as well as news to improve the management systems;
- Work with local departments to continuously develop HSE;
- Ensure PPE are in place and controlled;
- Provide HSE tools and competence to raise the R&P manufacturing unit to world class;
- Is Health, Safety, Environmental ambassador.

Qualifications & requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred in technical/industry/ environmental degree;
- 2 years experience in environmental daily work;
- Experience in safety daily work;
- English language B2;
- Fluently Lithuanian language.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Capability to support local teams regarding HSE implementation;
- Fluent in written and verbal English language;
- Strong relationship building skills;
- Knowledge of HSE development and trends;
- A good level of computer skills is essential - Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams;
- Highly motivated and focused individual;
- Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines;
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful HSE strategies.
