HRis Analyst Trainee

Based in our headquarter office in **Carpi** **(Mo), **we would like to include a **HRIS Analyst Trainee **that will strengthen the **HR Team**.

This is a very interesting position within our organization for a talented and brilliant student who is willing to take on a **6-month experience** and to be part of our Team.

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of global and local HRIS platforms (SAP Success Factors, Cornerstone OnDemand,etc.);
- Collaborate with cross-functional Teams to support the design and implementation of new HRIS tools and services;
- Assist with data integrity and ensure data accuracy and compliance;
- Support the development and maintenance of HRIS reports and dashboards;
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and HRIS trends.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Degree in economics and or Master in Data Analyst/HR;
- Strong interest in HR processes and Digital Transformation;
- Knowledge of MS Office environment, Excel and Power Point (advanced level);
- Good knowledge of English.
