**Posizione**:
La figura dipenderà dal Industrialization & Process Engineering Manager e si occuperà delle attività di seguito brevemente illustrate: analizzare e risolvere le inefficienze del processo produttivo, in maniera tempestiva e responsabile, con strumenti e metodi del World Class Manufacturing, al fine di migliorare continuamente le performance; contribuire a migliorare i KPI industriali; contribuire alla creazione di standard operativi di produzione e partecipare all’industrializzazione di nuovi prodotti; contribuire all’accrescimento delle competenze tecniche degli Operatori. La Persona, quindi, in affiancamento a figure senior dei vari ambiti, avrà la possibilità di conoscere tutte le attività di Operations e così costruirsi, nel tempo e con l’esperienza, una propria specializzazione, in base alle propensioni dimostrate ed alle opportunità che si presenteranno. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria Conoscenza della lingua inglese Conoscenza del pacchetto Office 365 Disponibilità a trasferte Completano il profilo una spiccata curiosità, la capacità di lavorare in team, l’attitudine al problem solving.

**Requisiti**:
diploma perito industriale meccanico o elettrotecnico, esperienza in produzione o manutenzione all'interno di aziende industriali manifatturiere con macchine cnc e o automazione, inglese di base, conoscenze informatiche di base autocad o rhinoceros
