Our Turbomachinery & Process Solutions team provides industry-leading products and services that optimize the extraction, production and processing of energy. We help a diverse range of customers across the value chain to reduce operating costs and improve productivity.
**Partner with the best**
As Packaging Process Quality Operations (PQO) you will:
- Support Cell and Quality team in daily auditing operations in packaging bays in Florence and Massa carried out by contractors and BH MOD, to help in keeping the shop-floor tidy and clean and committed to ISO standards
- Partner with Operational Leaders to assure Cell operations are smooth and in compliance to all applicable procedures
- Record findings in BH systems
- Publish/monitor quality metrics for observations/punch list found during the execution phases
- Publish data/metrics for bonus/malus of Packaging contractors
- Drive cross-functional improvement projects of operational processes, with lean methods, aimed to flawless execution, eliminating “waste” tied to the metrics of Escaping defects and Observations/PL
- Support mechanical completion/detailed inspections process (TR&S), focusing also to the qualification and control of the inspections provider base
- Full implementation and operating rhythm of “Tool Box” with Packaging Contractors
- Perform/drive NCA/RCA on observations/PL/escaping defects
- Support reviews with Cell and COE leaders to monitor Quality programs execution and Quality indicators performance, such as weekly Defects reviews and quarterly IQS/QMR
**Fuel your passion**
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have Technical High School Diploma
- Have 3 years of experience in similar role
- Good English knowledge
- Have solid Technical knowledge base
- Have ability to analyze problems and identify root causes
- Have knowledge of HSE regulations
- Experience in Quality or Operations or Supply Chain
- Basic knowledge in TR&S, as PED and IECEx
- Ability to work in a global environment
- Multitask approach
- Change agent attitude
- Available to travel (mainly, but not limited to Florence - Massa)
- It is considered a plus Apollo or Shainin problem solving certified and Six-Sigma Green Belt Certified
