Site Coordinator EHS&S / EHS&S Specialist

Scope of the position:
The Site Coordinator and EHS&S Manager is responsible for the implementation of the company's EHS&S policy in compliance with Health, Safety and Environment standards and regulations.

It leads the EHS&S policy, evaluates occupational risks, limits them, implements action plans in terms of prevention, safety and environmental policy.

She/He coordinates all site Activities and leads the Site Team incl FSRE related Activities.

The position is based in Cavenago reporting directly to the Commercial OPS Director REF EMEA.

Main activities:

- Deploys the Group's EHS&S policy and enforces it by formalizing the necessary processes and procedures to ensure the safety of employees, industrial facilities and products
- Manages incidents/accidents (alerts, data collection, root cause analysis, action plans), and establishes prevention programs, according to Group procedures
- Works on diagnostics and action plans, defining indicators and setting up progress monitoring reports, and audits on action plans
- Keeps a permanent watch on regulations and legislation in terms of safety, hygiene, environment and safety.

Profile
- Experience as EHS&S and or Site Manager
- Higher education in Health, Safety, Quality and Environment, or significant experience in Health, Safety, Quality and Environment functions
- Sense of organization and autonomy
- Rigor and availability
- Operational English imperative is a must.
