Stiamo vivendo una rapida crescita e siamo alla ricerca di un Direttore Operazioni e Approvvigionamenti versatile e strategico che si unisca al nostro team e contribuisca a portare avanti la nostra missione.

**Descrizione del lavoro**:
**Responsabilità principali**:
1. **Pianificazione strategica ed esecuzione**:
Sviluppare e implementare strategie operative a lungo termine per sostenere la crescita redditizia e gli obiettivi di sostenibilità di Ecopakglobal.

Identificare le opportunità di miglioramento dei processi e di risparmio dei costi in tutta la catena di fornitura.

Supportare il team di vendita nell'acquisizione di nuovi clienti e gare d'appalto.

**2. Gestione delle operazioni**:
Supervisionare le operazioni quotidiane per garantire una produzione efficiente, il controllo della qualità e la consegna puntuale dei prodotti.

Collaborare con il team del partner logistico per ottimizzare i processi operativi e aumentare l'efficienza.

**3. Approvvigionamento e Supply Chain**:
Gestire tutti gli aspetti dell'approvvigionamento, compresi il reperimento e la selezione dei fornitori, la negoziazione dei contratti e la gestione delle scorte.

Sviluppare e mantenere solide relazioni con i fornitori chiave per garantire i migliori prezzi, condizioni economiche e qualità dei materiali.

**4. Leadership del team**:
Guidare, sviluppare e reclutare il team operativo e di approvvigionamento per raggiungere gli obiettivi del reparto e dell'azienda.

Promuovere una cultura del miglioramento continuo e dell'innovazione all'interno del team.

**5. Iniziative di sostenibilità**:
Guidare le iniziative di sostenibilità all’interno della supply chain per ridurre al minimo l'impatto ambientale e promuovere l'ecocompatibilità.

**Competenze chiave**:
1. Ottima padronanza dell’Inglese scritto e parlato

2. Conoscenza dei documenti finanziari

3. Capacità di fornire reportistica puntuale e accurata

4. Spiccate capacità di comunicazione

5. Esperienza nell’acquisizione di approvazioni e accreditamenti (ISO9001 ecc.).

Retribuzione: €45.000,00 - €65.000,00 all'anno

Disponibilità a viaggiare:

- 25% (Preferenziale)
