**Administration Specialist**:
ABOUT THE JOB

A day in the life

The Administrative and Accounting Team is responsible for providing accurate and timely handling of requests for payment research, customer overpayments, account maintenance, and thru billing.

Areas of Knowledge and Expertise that matter most for this role:
Based on the AFC Company guidelines and procedures, performing activities related to the general Accounting Department;
Invoice control and registration (passive cycle)
Accounting entry of first notes;
Expense note management;
Billing
Support on accounting and management control policy structuring and revision
Internal reporting, data management and monitoring of departmental activities

Onsite position - remote work is not allowed

ABOUT YOU

What are we looking for?
Degree in economics and/or accounting diploma;
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken;
Administrative and accounting skills;
Proactivity and ability to work in team;
Great attention to detail
