***Global Project Control Leader**

The position will either be located in Rho (Italy), Midland (North America) Zhangjiagang (China) or Terneuzen (the Netherlands) and will report to the GMEO Leader.

As Global Project Control Leader you will have a critical position within the Capex project management organization and cross functional for the sensitive information managed such as costs, estimating, schedule and risk. In this role you will be responsible for the leadership of the project controls knowledge, methodologies and tools for the assigned Business or Area and to give support to the Project Controls Team for all those activities required to be successfully competitive in costs and schedule for capex projects; this includes KPI’s, trends analysis to achieve the best level of quality in Thrive-, the Trinseo project management, control and assurance process.

This is a key role in supporting Trinseo’s transformation and sustainability initiatives and allows you to work in a real international environment with global teams.

**Activities**
- Provide project controls support to capital projects (estimating, scheduling, resource loading, cost controls) at different level required.
- Executing Global project controls tools reporting and data collection.
- Providing training and coaching locally to Project Managers and EPC firm project controls engineers.
- Participate to the quality controls of Capex project data and KPI’s reviews.
- Project controls knowledge base and initiatives within Global Manufacturing Expertise Organization.

**Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills**
- You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering.
- You have 15 years of experience in project controls or project management sector within Chemical / Petrochemical manufacturing industry.
- Experience with ERP system such as SAP for cost tracking and reporting is expected.
- Strong analytical skills and sense of criticism on the content of the numbers as mind set thinking.
- Needs to have a solid understanding of the theory behind project controls such as scheduling, estimating, planning, cost controlling.
- A good understanding and expert working knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera.
