RBS está buscando un Business Development Representative especializado en reclutamiento, asesoramiento y ventas. Este puesto es responsable de demostrar nuestra propuesta de valor única y el potencial de avance profesional de los programas Máster a los estudiantes potenciales, reclutando el mayor número posible de nuevos estudiantes cada mes para alcanzar nuestros objetivos de crecimiento.

El puesto reportará directamente a un gerente de equipo, supervisando los objetivos mensuales.

Principales Funciones y **Responsabilidades**:

- Contactar a los estudiantes potenciales según su disponibilidad (los estudiantes potenciales normalmente trabajan a tiempo completo), principalmente durante las horas del mediodía y la tarde.
- Programar una videollamada para demostrar nuestra propuesta de valor única.
- Recoger la documentación para la calificación e incrementar los níveles de compromiso.
- Manejar excusas y objeciones frecuentemente encontradas relacionadas con los plazos de decisión de admisión.
- Completar el proceso de inscripción con precisión y exactitud.
- Colaborar con tu equipo y gerente para encontrar soluciones a los problemas relacionados con los objetivos semanales/mensuales.

Requisitos Mínimos de Idioma:

- Italiano C2 o nativo
- Inglés mínimo nível C1
- Otros idiomas como el español son un plus, pero no obligatorios

Experiência Preferida:

- Experiência en ventas B2C
- Experiência en una start-up o en un entorno de trabajo dinámico y de rápido crecimiento enfocado en el crecimiento de ingresos
- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva, persuasión y control
- Alta inteligencia emocional, empatía y habilidades interpersonales
- Alta orientación hacia los servicios ofrecidos y las necesidades del cliente
- Fuerte orientación a resultados, objetivos, soluciones, puntualidad y energía

Ubicación de Trabajo: Via Terenzio 35, 00193 Roma RM

Horario de Trabajo: Jornada completa, en sitio, en oficina:

- Lunes: 11:00 - 20:00
- Martes: 11:00 - 20:00
- Miércoles: 10:00 - 19:00
- Jueves: 10:00 - 19:00
- Viernes: 9:00 - 16:00

Teletrabajo: Después de un período de prueba de 3 meses, ofrecemos 2 días de teletrabajo por semana, martes y jueves. El teletrabajo es un beneficio adicional, basado en los resultados del mes anterior.

Contrato: CCNL ANINSEI Nível III, contrato a corto plazo de 6 meses iniciales, con renovación basada en el rendimiento de la siguiente manera:

- Bajo rendimiento: renovación de contrato de 3 meses
- Rendimiento promedio: renovación de contrato de 6 meses
- Excelente rendimiento: renovación de contrato de 12 meses o contrato indefinido

Salario Anual Promedio:

- 35.000€ - 45.000€ (brutos)
- 22.750€ - 29.250€ (netos)
- 35% de impuesto sobre la renta aplicado para 2024
