Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for a **Motorsport Procurement** to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting hierarchically reports to **Head of Motorsport** and functionally reporting to **Coordination of Supply chain & After sales Motorsport**.

You will be responsible for Purchasing of specific Motorsport production/spare parts according to Motorsport procedures and with final approval of the Lamborghini Motorsport Sourcing Committee (including Purchasing department). You will be responsible in achieving the yearly Motorsport committed target in terms of race cars material price, investment costs, savings, timing, quantity/size (Production, After Sales parts). In charge of scouting of new technologies and suppliers of the assigned purchasing categories to support new cars development. Touch point with PWT, Metal and Motorsport Procurement Dept for Motorsport purchasing topics.
- Suppliers offers collection, analysis and negotiation for Motorsport specific parts/spare parts procurement, according to Motorsport procedure.
- Forward sourcing activity aims at identifying a list of potential suppliers/partners (where needed for specification of technical aspects) and scouting of new technologies oriented to cost reduction.
- Sourcing and nomination documentation preparation, in order to support the supplier’s decision during Lamborghini Motorsport Sourcing Committee (LMSC).
- Changes development costs negotiation with suppliers/partners and management of issues at PJT level, according to Motorsport process.
- Entering/updating of data for parts contracts, within the Purchasing systems (SAP).
- Ordering of specific tools for Motorsport parts production.
- Single orders for Motorsport proto, samples.
- Global sourcing process management (existing suppliers) for Motorsport parts according to Motorsport procedures.
- Main touch point with series purchasing for Motorsport purchasing topics, weekly meeting with Commodity Manager.
- Main touch point for logistic department for motorsport car production weekly meeting.
- Main touch point for Marketing & Sponsorship department topics including Motorsport suppliers.

**About you**
- University degree in engineering, Master in Procurement/Supply Chain is a plus
- At least 6-8 years of experience in a similar role in purchasing in automotive environment
- Procurement Project leader experience is a plus
- Motorsport/ Formula FSAE experience is a plus
- Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
- Experience in Procurement/ Logistics
- Knowledge of race cars main components and technologies
- Advanced knowledge of Office Excel
- Knowledge of SAP system
