Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of a QS Estimator. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.
**Responsibilities and Requirements**:
Pricing/estimating the cost of the different components needed for a project
Tracking changes to the design and/or construction work and adjusting budget projections in line with these
Measuring and valuing the work done on site
Liaising with the Subcontractor’s construction professionals, such as site managers, site engineers, etc.
