**YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT**

As **Production Supervisor**, and part of the Production Department, you will be responsible for quantitative, qualitative and productive objectives of one or more production lines and for the respect of production line security standards, by promoting improvement ideas to avoid risks at work. Moreover, you will be responsible of the production results, assigning the daily goals to the production line staff and verifying the respect of the production plan.

This experience will enable you to manage and animate workers of the assigned lines, encouraging a good working atmosphere and the proactivity of the group.

You will have the opportunity to build up knowledge on luxury goods sector working in an international and challenging environment and on engaging projects.

**Your impact**

- Analyze the production plans of the line and discuss them with the Planning department if there are changes to be made
- Schedule daily tasks and share the work plan with the line staff
- Control and follow the supply of materials for the line keeping in touch with the Cutting and Warehouse departments
- Recommend methods and solutions to improve productivity and quality at each workstation by providing the necessary technical support to operators
- Monitor the correct operation of the line, checking the activities of each individual workstation, and suggesting any switches from one workstation to another
- Define priorities, and is responsible for better organization of work (ex. work shifts)
- Promote the development of the line staff’s skills, reporting to HR the training needs and suggesting the internal training plan ("polyvalence")
- Plan and coordinate machine/tools improvement, repairs, and the lines’ reorganizations, collaborating with the Continuous Improvement department
- Actively support the “Lean Manufacturing” Project
- Manage line staff, plan and approve holidays and permits
- Provide to line staff the right guidance to respect and improve safety behaviors
- Complete the hourly and daily reporting of the line by analyzing the results

PROFILE

**KEYS FOR SUCCESS**

**Education**:

- Master’s degree in Engineering/Economics or equivalent experience in Quality field

**Experience**:

- Position requires minimum 2 years’ experience in Industrial and Manufacturing company
- Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus

**Competencies**:

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment
- Detail oriented, highly organized
- Cooperative with good teamwork, solid communication skills and ability to animate the operators
- Role awareness, reliability

**Languages**: Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus
