We supply the Western major automotive company and growing as a mechatronics business organization.
At our headquarters, R&D, Production, Sales and all related staff work in synergy, totaling about 500 employees.
**Job Description**:
We are looking for an intern to join our HR team. During this experience, you will support us in activities related to personnel administration. You will acquire practical experience by contributing to the various stages of our employees' life cycle.
In detail, you will involved in the following activities:
**1. Contract Management**:
- Support in drafting contracts, including onboarding documents, offer letters, extensions, transformations, and variations.
- Control and archiving of contractual documents.
- Monitoring deadlines related to employees.
**2. Document Management**:
- Support in document management for internships.
- Apprenticeship management: drafting of the training plan in collaboration with the respective managers, monitoring training hours, and you will be involved in follow-up meetings
**3. Administration**:
- Follow-up on manual variables, such as meal counts and other administrative information.
- Interaction with statistical institutes for periodic surveys.
**4. Training**:
- Support in administrative activities related to funded training plans (preparation and archiving of records, classroom setup, welcoming instructors, and initiation of training sessions).
- Administrative management of school-work alternation.
- Participation in scouting activities for the acquisition of new suppliers to the corporate training portfolio.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or law with a focus on employment consulting (any specialized courses in HR Administration will be considered a plus);
**Technical knowledge**: Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and SAP Success Factors will be a plus.
**Personality**: goal-orientation, team working, proactivity, problem solving and analytical ability, willingness to take responsibilities.
