As the digital technologies has become a very important driver in the IT industry, Appcoder has started its collaboration with worldwide leaders such as iMocha, one of the most significant people assessment solutions, and other technology platforms such as Oracle, Salesforce in the Mobility, Analytics, Cloud, eCommerce, Web Development, Cybersecurity and Workforce Management spaces.

Our goal is to Identify the Sales Objectives in Italy, but also in the medium term in Europe, creating Sales Plans and recruiting the team to establish in the sales territory. In this new, international and innovative scenario we are looking for a Sales Development Manager with at least 5 years of IT solutions B2B sales experience who will play a key role in establishing the business in the Italian market.

Tasks

As a Sales Development Manager you’re expected to make a significant contribution to the digital transformation of the IT industry and Appcoder will be one of the leading software providers in the industry. Our Sales Development Managers work closely with our clients advising and guiding them through successful adoption of innovative products in Italy market.

You will be in direct co-ordination with the business owner of the respective products, you will manage the definition and implementation of the activities necessary to engage the sales-cycle.

You will constantly coordinate with the leading IT companies in Italy and their specialistic hub and local counterparts (e.g. digital, market communication, events), to execute the marketing roadmap for sales management of their products to Appcoder clients.
- Manage the sales process of IT projects, products, and services (Cloud, managed services, Cybersecurity, Sales Customer Engagement, Infrastructures/storage).
- Develop existing and new markets developing sales strategy and growing sales revenues, managing multiple opportunities through the entire cycle simultaneously, working with cross-functional teams as necessary.
- Manage and enhance relationships with each customer assigned in a specific market segment (medium/large companies).
- Lead the development of new commercial strategies by expanding the business with new key customers present in the assigned territory (starting from the Central Italy area and expanding to the whole Italy, creating also, progressively, your sales hierarchy).
- Engage prospective clients and incoming requests.
- Participate in corporate events and/or trade fairs.
- Perform web-based and in-person trainings and demonstrations.
- Process the requests and prepare the offers
- Perform market analysis and sales reporting activities.
- Have and continuously improve your excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.

**The planned activities are**:

- Development of offers in response to public and private tenders in collaboration with the pre-sales team, internal and external suppliers and technical team related to the specific technology.
- Management of the entire process of closing a deal.
- Identification of any new prospects maintaining an updated profile of each of them.

**Requirements**:

- Technical or business administration master’s degree.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in the areas of sales, marketing, or technology.
- Good business understanding and high affinity for digital products.
- Entrepreneurial and agile mindset, pragmatic and solution oriented in a matrix organization.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English and Italian.
- International mobility and high willingness to travel.
