WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Valentino is looking for an IT Office Admin Support reporting directly to the IT Director and based in our location in Valdagno.

The resource will be included in the IT Department and will support the team in the following activities:
Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner
Managing calendars and set up meetings
Make travel and accommodation arrangements
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Support in the back-office activities (administrative process, report )
Support Budget process
Manage vendor offers
Process purchase orders and invoices

**Requirements**:
Degree in Economics
Good MS Office knowledge in particular Excel
Fluency in Italian and English
Organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
