Per importante associazione nell’ambito elettrico italiano, che opera a tutela delle principali aziende operanti nel settore, Hunters Group è alla ricerca di una risorsa per il ruolo di Regulatory Affairs Specialist
- Principali responsabilitàLa risorsa sarà inserita nell’area Affari Normativi e Regolatori, per seguire le attività relative alle fonti rinnovabili, con specifico riferimento al settore idroelettrico, ai processi autorizzativi degli impianti FER, alla fiscalità dell’energia, alla pianificazione energetica e ai rapporti con gli enti territoriali.
Principali mansioni:
- Analisi e monitoraggio della normativa di settore a livello comunitario, nazionale e regionale;
- Iter autorizzativi impianti, valutazioni ambientali, disposizioni specifiche per l’idroelettrico (concessioni di derivazione, canoni, deflusso ecologico ), meccanismi incentivanti, fiscalità dell’energia, strumenti di pianificazione regionale (Piani energetici, Piani di tutela delle acque );
- Elaborazione di osservazioni e documenti di posizione;
- Partecipazione e gestione di gruppi di lavoro tecnici/normativi dell'associazione, riunioni inter-associative, tavoli di lavoro presso le istituzioni competenti (Regioni, Autorità di Distretto ecc..);
- Rapporti con le aziende associate. Informazione/aggiornamento costante, consulenze dedicate, predisposizione di informative periodiche;
- Partecipazione a seminari/webinar/corsi in qualità di docente.
- Principali caratteristiche richieste- laurea in ingegneria o giurisprudenza;
- esperienza di almeno 2 - 3 anni nel settore;
- buona padronanza della lingua inglese e di tutti gli applicativi del pacchetto Office;
- conoscenza dei mercati energetici, del quadro di riferimento in materia di fonti rinnovabili e delle principali politiche di sviluppo;
- forte attitudine al lavoro in team ed alle relazioni esterne;
- flessibilità, in grado di gestire progetti in autonomia.
