Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for a **Quality Foreman/Forewoman** to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of QA Assembly.

You will be responsible to manage employees and steer quality processes assigned to your department, aiming at achieving assigned objectives: productivity (volumes and costs), quality KPIs, materials return, injuries prevention, health status. You will also be responsible to manage and change processes from an audit point of view in order to avoid risk.

**You will**:

- Manage and coordinate a Q Team of blue collars within the respective departments supported by referents of each team, aiming at achieving department objectives
- Grant daily support over blue collars
- Carry on disciplinary leadership over production employees within the department
- Manage workforce organization in teams and re-organization in case of TLs absence
- Organize daily meeting with team leaders for alignment on Q issues, including:

- Activities planning & organization
- Sharing of information and alignment
- Problem and issues identification to discuss possible solutions
- Secure awareness and knowledge of:

- Q flows, processes and products
- Company organization & procedures.
- Organize people management:

- Roles, activities and objectives definition within your teams
- Timing and activities flows definition
- People management and development in terms of competences

**About you**
- Mechanic or Management Engineering or similar degree
- Experience in Automotive manufacturing & quality control processes
- Previous team coordination will be considered as a plus
- English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
- Team working attitude

- Good communication skills
