Shipping Agent

Assure the equipment exports respecting the commitment with customers about the date of delivery; the minimizatoin of transport & packing costs; the international rules about export.

**Your Mission**:

- Act as support of Global logistic manager in case of customs officers audit.
- Act as key contact person for PM, shipping dpt and S.Admin dpt, for all complex topics related to the equipment export during execution phase.
- Act as key contact person for PM, shipping dpt and insurance broker for transport & packing claims.
- Assure the respect of guidelines about the contractual incoterms for 3PE purchase and Sidel equipment sale.
- Support the Global logistic manager in order to identify the margin of improvement about export process
- Support the Global logistic manager in order to identify the margin of improvement for transport cost minimization

**Your Profile**:

- 3 year working experiences in shipping dpt of multinational company or in operations dpt of freight forwarder
- Expertise in transport
- Expertise in packing
- Expertise in customs matters
- Expertise in LC negotiation
- Language ENG
