Per la nostra Open Innovation Business Unit siamo alla ricerca di un **Senior Consultant** con esperienza nel ruolo, per promuovere e sviluppare ulteriormente attività nell’ambito dei servizi professionali offerti dall'area.

**Di cosa ti occuperai?**

**Come Senior Consultant e Responsabile di progetto, ti occuperai di**:

- Coordinamento e guida al raggiungimento degli obiettivi del portafoglio di iniziative attive
- Valutazione di nuove opportunità di business
- Guida del processo end to end di pianificazione, budgeting e controllo di gestione
- Cura di tutti gli stakeholder coinvolti nei progetti (Clienti corporate, fornitori, startup, PMI)
- Guida per le risorse più junior
- Moderazione di aule miste (studenti, dipendenti corporate di diverse funzioni aziendali, etc.) di sessioni di hackathon, idea generation e design thinking
- Promozione, sviluppo e coordinamento autonomo di attività di Corporate Innovation
- Miglioramento continuo del processo di innovation, ottimizzando i processi esistenti o strutturandone di nuovi, identificando i relativi strumenti
- Governance dei servizi di Open Innovation offerti da EIH, gestendo il portfolio e monitorando i processi di innovation, misurandone i relativi KPI

**Competenze richieste per il ruolo**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Economia, e/o similari
- Esperienza di almeno 4 anni nel ruolo
- Mentalità agile
- Conoscenza mondo corporate e startup
- Ottimo utilizzo pacchetto office
- Ottima capacità di project management
- Ottima capacità di analisi di business
- Orientamento al problem solving, proattività, capacità di dare le priorità
- Flessibilità, precisione e autonomia gestionale
- Forte attitudine a lavorare in team e a fornire supporto agli altri
- Esperienza di lavoro da remoto
- Disponibilità a trasferte
- Promozione, disegno e implementazione di nuovi processi di innovazione costruiti sulle esigenze delle aziende clienti
- Costruzione di offerte di servizi in linea con i desiderata corporate con stima di costi, tempi e risorse per ogni servizio offerto
- Gestione piattaforma di Innovazione
