L’azienda nostra Cliente, multinazionale leader nel suo settore, per il potenziamento del dipartimento Marketing, ci ha incaricati di ricercare la seguente figura professionale:
**Category Manager**
La risorsa, rispondendo direttamente al Responsabile della divisione, avrà la responsabilità di gestire le attività relative alle performance delle categorie di prodotti assegnate, analizzando le vendite, la redditività e le metriche chiave di performance. Nel rispetto delle politiche e delle scadenze stabilite dal Gruppo avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Definizione assortimento, monitoraggio delle performance delle categorie prodotto;
- Fare analisi previsionali relativamente alle vendite, elaborando le attività promozionali e di pricing;
- Analizzare gli opportunity gap o eventuali carenze degli assortimenti;
- Identificare opportunità di miglioramento e implementare azioni correttive per massimizzare le vendite e il margine di profitto;
- Sviluppare il piano promozionale in collaborazione con l’ufficio acquisti, gestendo il lancio di nuovi prodotti;
- Intervenire a favore dei bisogni commerciali dei punti vendita (leve logistiche, gestione dei display delle vetrine);
- Monitorare le attività dei concorrenti per rimanere competitivi;
- Coordinarsi con i diversi team (approvvigionamento, anagrafiche e acquisti) per assicurare una gestione efficiente delle scorte e una disponibilità costante dei prodotti;
- Collaborazione con il team interno di comunicazione o con agenzie esterne per lo sviluppo della comunicazione in store;
- Dovrà redigere la necessaria reportistica al fine di monitorare costantemente gli andamenti del proprio business e di comunicarli all'interno dell’azienda.
**Requisiti**:
- Laurea in discipline economiche, marketing e/o affini;
- Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo maturati presso realtà del largo consumo (GDO) nel ruolo di Category
Manager;
- Conoscenza approfondita del settore F&B.
**Completano il profilo**:
- Forti capacità analitiche e competenze nell'interpretazione dei dati di vendita;
- Eccellenti competenze organizzative e capacità di gestire progetti complessi;
- Ottimo abilità comunicative e di presentazione.
