**Summary**

This position as Payroll Specialist will allow you to support HR management in Valtellina Plant, collaborating with the local HR team and other Baxter’s offices.

**What you'll do**
- Manage payroll processing and checks;
- Overall management of the personal administrative activities (hiring, resignation, termination, promotion )
- Update and modify personal and organizational data;
- Support for HR activities and time attendance;
- Payroll and administrative support to employees.

**What you'll bring**
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in economic disciplines or related to HR management;
- Preferred previous experience in personnel management/payroll activities in other companies or work consultancy firms;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Good relational skills;
