**People & Culture**:
Are you a brilliant** student/fresh graduate in Law, Economics or Management Engineering?**

We are looking for **brilliant students/fresh graduates **with a strong passion for the **Automotive** sector and the right motivation to take on a 6 month** Internship **in a **dynamic** and **international** context based in our People & Culture Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.

The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:

- Support in employee life-cycle activities (in administrative, contractual, training fields)
- Support in recruiting
- Support in the operative activities related to the management of HR tasks
- Support in HR strategic projects
- Overview of HR management processes

**In order to meet these targets, you will need**:

- Fluent English, Italian and German
- Enrolled in a Master's degree/graduated in Law, Economics or Management Engineering
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical Skills
- Target oriented
- Proactive attitude
- Team working
- Good communication skills.
