Now we are looking for a Recruiting Specialist in our office in Bergamo

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conducting internal and external competitions for a vacant position;
- Control of the availability of conditions necessary for work (work place, access to system, etc...);
- Conducting research on the benefits of the countries where Asstra operates;
- Administrative activity such as main and audit employee attendance records at the end of the month, management of employment contracts and employment documents, curricular and extra-curricular internships.

**REQUEREMENTS**:

- High level of written and spoken English and Italian;
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of selection processes and in human resources activities;
- Ability to work both individually and in a team;
- Attentiveness to details, ability to work with large amounts of information.
