We're seeking a highly talented, self-motivated and forward-thinking** Field Marketing Manager** to temporarily join our dynamic team in Milan. Working closely with Sales and other internal stakeholders, you will be in charge of managing the local marketing team and executing lead development and demand generation strategies for Italy.
Bringing in your strong strategy and B2B marketing experience, you will help make the BOARD business more innovative and make it easy to penetrate the Enterprise Italian market, and connecting the Field with HQ Global strategy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Execute campaigns and tactics to support overall regional business planning through understanding the market (market segmentation, growth opportunities, key industries and solution areas) and determining appropriate strategy together with sales
- Execute and roll-out corporate programs and events locally
- Plan and manage Co-Marketing initiatives in collaboration with Partners and Channel Management
- Lead the marketing team and support team members growth while ensuring the quality of their work and outcome.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in B2B field marketing, preferably in a software or technology environment
- Good understanding of sales processes and needs, together with a goal-oriented approach
- Strong marketing execution skills across key functions including Demand Generation, Direct Marketing, Events, PR, and Web; demonstrate a command of the marketing mix to both leverage the captive installed base as well as prospect
- Strong communication and cooperation skills to build a network within BOARD worldwide
- Previous experience in managing a small team would be ideal
- Experience in Marketo and SFDC will be considered a plus
