CAREER COACH & TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST
La figura ricercata, rispondendo al Talent Acquisition Manager, avrà la responsabilità degli obiettivi di fatturato della sede assegnata,
Nello specifico, la risorsa inserita si occuperà di:
- Gestire il placement Allievi attraverso l’erogazione dei servizi di Talent Consulting e Career Coaching;
- Curare le relazioni con le aziende per assicurare la continuità della partnership;
- Partecipare attivamente al monitoraggio della Customer Satisfaction dei clienti.
Requisiti richiesti:
- Laurea in materie economiche/giuridiche/umanistiche;
- Master di specializzazione postlaurea;
- Pregressa esperienza in ruoli analoghi;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
Soft Skills richieste:
- Spiccate attitudini commerciali e relazionali;
- Forte orientamento al risultato;
- Ottime capacità di analisi;
- Proattività ed autonomia;
- Attitudine al problem solving.
