1. **Svolgere un ruolo centrale nella considerazione dei clienti e dei partner**
- Accogliere gli agenti di viaggio e i clienti al telefono e faccia a faccia adottando una postura premium
- Creare un rapporto consolidato e duraturo, garantire supporto agli agenti di viaggio lungo tutto il processo di prenotazione
- Garantire il follow-up, anche post-vendita e post-consumo per garantire la soddisfazione di clienti e partner

**2. Creare esperienze di viaggio su misura**
- Raccogliere e comprendere le aspettative e i desideri degli agenti di viaggio e dei clienti
- Supportare e guidare gli agenti di viaggio per creare un'esperienza di viaggio su misura per il cliente
- Promuovere destinazioni, prodotti, strumenti ed esperienze CM

**3. Sviluppare le attività di vendita**
- Aumentare il volume d'affari facendo leva sul reclutamento di nuovi clienti, rafforzando la fidelizzazione e sviluppando ricavi accessori
- Identificare opportunità di business (MICE, partnership, sponsorizzazioni, influencer, raccomandazioni)
- Aggiornamento e follow-up dei dati di vendita (dati dei clienti finali, storico delle vendite, follow-up dei reclami)

**Profilo: Cerchiamo un Travel Experience Designer (TED) appassionato, proattivo, positivo e persuasivo con un forte background commerciale e una storia di comprovati risultati.**
- Forte esperienza nel ruolo di vendita B2B (min. 5 anni)
- Postura ed esperienza premium con partner di alto livello
- Forte padronanza delle tecniche di vendita e negoziazione
- Comprensione del settore dei viaggi e del turismo, preferibilmente con precedenti esperienze in Tour Operator / Agente di viaggio / DMC / Ospitalità
- Perfetta conoscenza e padronanza della lingua italiana (scritta e parlata)
- Appetito digitale: l'utilizzo precedente di chat, WA o strumenti di ticketing sarà considerato un plus
- Conoscenza professionale di Excel, Word, PPT e Outlook
- Conoscenza professionale di inglese o francese come seconda lingua
