Internship Business Analyst

You will be part of the Commercial Excellence team in the department of Human Pharma Customer Experience Excellence. Our main objective is the definition/implementation of the go-to-market strategy and, at the same time, ensuring its operational effectiveness.

**We are offering 6+6 months internship
**In detail, we fulfill our objective by leading different processes such as:

- Markets and products potential assessment
- Short-term and long-term sales forecasts
- Field force commercial model
- Segmentation
- Field Force quarterly call plans
- Incentive methodology Performance analysis

**Accountabilities**:

- Analytics & Insights, Platform team
- Omnichannel Customer Experience team
- Marketing team
- Field Force team
- Market Access team Medical team

**Requirements**:

- Teamwork skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Power Point and Excel
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Ability to manage and extract insights from data
- Proactive and performance oriented attitude
- Good communicator
