For our **Research & Innovation Team **in **Milan** we are looking as of now for a **Research&Innovation Intern**.

We offer **an internship/stage** in a dynamic and challenge environment where you’ll contribute to the achievements of your team.

**About the job**

You’ll provide R&I support to First Diet in GRIT cluster, with daily interaction with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, IDDCs R&I, Quality and Regulatory, Project Management.

In details, you’ll be involved in:

- Innovation & Renovation projects as support of the R&I Manager: from the idea generation and the exploration phase to the product brief validation, the product development and the launch phases, working closely with the multi-functional team to ensure the product meets quality/regulatory/market requirements
- Portfolio and competitor monitoring with focus on nutritional values, ingredients list, sensory attributes, claims and packaging
- Tasting sessions organization with the core project team to validate/check the new/existing recipes
- Portfolio Specifications management

About you
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have:

- Strong knowledge in Food Sciences, Food Technologies, Human Nutrition, Food Law (Food technology & Human Nutrition degree)
- High accountability and sense of ownership
- Team player spirit, able to build trust within the department and cross-functions
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Business and result-oriented attitude
- Fluent Italian and English (spoken and written)
