**Job Purpose**

We are looking for a pro-active self-motivated person who believes in teamwork and in continuous improvement

You will support Finance department in different aspects of its daily activities, from accounting to credit, to sales administration. You will interact with the Shared Service Center based in Poland (BEBS), overviewing their activities and raising your hand in case of performance not in line with expectations, as well as with other external accountants in the Organization.

A good knowledge of MS Excel and English is mandatory for the position.

The role will report to the Financial Team Leader and will based in Vimercate.

**Some of the main responsibilities**:

- Control of the transactions processed in the Organization, especially from Bridgestone’s Shared Service Center
- Analyze transactional processes, review, investigate and correct errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents and reports
- Provide support in maintaining, supervising, monitoring the overall A/P, A/R, General Ledger
- Actively participate in month-end closing activities
- Inquiry of e-billing rejected by SDI
- Sending of specifications related to direct debit when requested by customer
- Release of block in credit/debit memo
- Billing of credit/debit memo
- Support Credit and Sales Administration departments for ad hoc request

**Requirements**:

- Education: minimum High School degree
- Languages skills: Italian (fluent); English (advanced)
- Experience (years): minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting/back office, preferably in a large Company/Group
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Good knowledge of ERP, preferably SAP
- Good knowledge of general accounting, familiarity of IAS/IFRS is considered a plus
- Organization skills - demonstrating the ability to prioritize effectively and schedule work to meet deadlines consistently
- Teamwork
- Ability to create and maintain good relationships within the Organization
- Experience working within a Multi-national environment an advantage
