Per azienda cliente esperta nella progettazione e realizzazione di **software e sistemi elettronici** per applicazioni specialistiche, si ricerca la figura di

**Process Manager**

**Posizione**:
La risorsa, a diretto riporto della Direzione, assumerà la piena responsabilità della gestione e del coordinamento dell’intero processo produttivo, collaborando con i diversi reparti e integrando le differenti funzioni aziendali in ottica di un **aumento dell’efficienza.** In particolare si occuperà di:

- programmare, in sinergia con i manager, i **flussi ed i processi produttivi e distributivi **attraverso tempi e metodi, verificandone l’andamento
- collaborare alla stesura dei **budget** di produzione e garantire il contenimento dei costi
- sviluppare e attuare interventi di **ottimizzazione**
- monitorare, analizzare i **KPIs** e introdurne di nuovi, se necessario
- definire la **schedulazione produttiva** di dettaglio, verificandone l'effettiva fattibilità e monitorare i relativi avanzamenti
- seguire l' approvvigionamento dei materiali con l’Ufficio Acquisti
- coordinare e proporre nuovi fabbisogni dei componenti gestiti a richiamo

Sede di lavoro: Pisa

Package retributivo: 50.000

**Requisiti**:

- laurea in Ingegneria, preferibilmente in Ingegneria Gestionale/dei Processi
- almeno 4/5 anni di esperienza, preferibilmente all'interno di aziende metalmeccaniche/elettroniche
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (B2/C1)
- attitudine al miglioramento continuo e all'ottimizzazione dei processi

**Altre informazioni**:
L’ufficio è in fase di strutturazione, dunque si ricerca persona **intraprendente**, curiosa e con spiccate **doti organizzative** e **relazionali**, necessarie per coordinare le attività con colleghi e Direzione. Concrete possibilità di crescita professionale. Eventuali competenze/conoscenze in ambito **elettronico** saranno considerate un plus.
