Operations Supervisor Custom Stator

In this role you will coordinate and supervise shop operations in the Stator Custom production area, following the directions of the Ops Leader and in line with Planning and Manufacturing Engineering plans. You will ensure compliance with HSE, Quality and Integrity standards.As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Making sure that all team members follow the safety rules (HSE)Promoting a culture of Perfect Day and Stop Work AuthoritySupporting Operations Leader in the organization of talks on HSE issues, Quality, Compliance and improvement initiatives (i.e. Ideas and Concerns)Verifying the completeness and the correctness of the documents (cycles, test plan, drawings) and engaging, if necessary, the relevant Support FunctionCollaborating with quality inspections on resolution of NonconformityMaking sure that the tools and equipment are available and properly used at each workstationEnabling operatorsactivities with expertise and facilitate technical discussion with Manufacturing Engineering and Engineering Department; Ensure consistent and effective shift-to-shift transitionSupporting line performance KPIs guarantying line accounting (i.e. DL hours, Inefficiencies, OEE performance, OTD)Qualifications/RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will:
Have a Bachelors or Master Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma with good experience in Manufacturing/Operations fieldHold a HSE Training as Preposto Be fluent both in Italian and EnglishBe high-energy, self-motivated, willing to take on responsibilities across functions and teamsHave strong oral and written communication skills.Hold an EU work permitBe available to work on a shift based working patternDesired CharacteristicsInterpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to influence othersExcellent time management skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities.Superior listening skillsSummaryLocation:
