- DMD_”, MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un “Infrastructure Project Manager”.

Titolo di studio richiesto:

- Laurea in ingegneria elettrica, energetica, meccanica o background equivalente con minimo 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti infrastrutturali complessi.
- Votazione mínima: 100/110

Esperienza professionale
- minimo 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione di progetti infrastrutturali complessi.

Attività previste per il ruolo:
La Risorsa avrà la responsabilità dell'attuazione e del monitoraggio di progetti infrastrutturali come
- uffici
- siti produttivi
- Laboratori
- Infrastrutture operative
- Infrastrutture convenzionali (centri di formazione).

La Risorsa interverrà nelle seguenti fasi:

- OFFERTA: La risorsa verrà coinvolta sin dalla fase della risposta alla richiesta di offerta nel progetto associato alla realizzazione d’infrastrutture e nella realizzazione delle fasi successive in accordo con gli enti di MBDA (FR,UK,IT) coinvolti.
- DATA COLLECTION: Raccolta e analisi dei requisiti di base forniti dai clienti e definirà i principi in base ai quali sviluppare la progettazione e la realizzazione delle infrastrutture.
- REQUISITI: Una volta raccolti i dati necessari la sintesi avverrà attraverso l’elaborazione di documentazione contenente le linee guida e le raccomandazioni destinate ai fornitori esterni (progettisti o società di costruzione).
- La risorsa dovrà inoltre in questa fase accompagnare/consigliare il cliente interno in merito alla fattibilità degli studi e loro realizzazioni.
- PROGETTAZIONE: Qualora necessario la risorsa dovrà coordinare i diversi interlocutori (Progettisti, DL, CSE,...) nel monitoraggio delle varie fasi progettuali.
- ESECUZIONE: La dove necessario assieme al team di direzione lavori, dovrà monitorare le ditte esecutrici durante l’esecuzione dei lavori soprattutto per quanto concerne le peculiarità relative ai sistemi MBDA.

Il ruolo implica numerose interrelazioni con i team interni:

- Finance: per il reperimento e la formalizzazione dei budget necessari
- Procurement: per l’acquisto di servizi (consulenze, progettazioni, appalti )
- Programmi: per il coordinamento delle deliverables durante tutta la durata della commessa
- Engineering: per il reperimento delle informazioni relative ai prodotti
- Tutti gli altri dipartimenti interni che richiedono spazi o infrastrutture aggiuntive.
- così come con i clienti ed i partner / consulenti esterni.

La risorsa potrà operare su più progetti simultaneamente in relazione all’ampiezza dei lavori da effettuare e potrà avvalersi di skills appartenenti alle differenti direzioni della Società.

A completamento delle suddette attività la risorsa sarà coinvolta su progetti trasversali relativi alla messa in opera dei processi e documenti di riferimento per il team d’infrastruttura. In particolare si occuperà di:

- realizzare la base dati necessari per il mantenimento dell’attività
- Essere da supporto logistico puntuale nell’ambito del progetto
- Creare dei template e relativi documenti;
- Creare reportistica e/o presentazioni per illustrare lo stato delle attività.

Competenze Professionali:

- Progettazione di strutture complesse
- Conoscenza dei più comuni standard di project management (OBS, WBS, GANTT, Risk Management ) (sarà valutata positivamente il possesso di una certificazione)
- Mobilità nazionale ed internazionale

Conoscenze linguistiche:

- Lingua inglese fluente
