**Il tuo ruolo**:
Supportare il Country HR Head nell’organizzazione e realizzazione delle attività della funzione HR e le attività di Relazioni sindacali. Supportare attivamente l'implementazione di iniziative aziendali e progetti con focus sul People Development e sull’Engagement Aziendale, contribuire al supporto del team per l'organizzazione, il monitoraggio e la reportistica di progetti e iniziative, sulla base delle necessità operative. Supportare le attività di comunicazione interna. Supportare il team HR nell’interfaccia con la funzione payroll, presenze assenze e amministrazione del personale per le tematiche giuslavoristiche e cogestire la fase operativa delle procedure di onboarding e offboarding.

**Chi sei**:

- Laurea magistrale in Giurisprudenza o discipline umanistiche o economiche
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office
- Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali per interagire all’interno delle varie sedi dell’organizzazione
- Precisione
- Riservatezza
- Ottime doti organizzative considerato il contesto estremamente dinamico Forte orientamento al problem solving
