Regulatory / Compliance
- Knows and understands the GMPs regulation.
- Clear Understanding of related SOPS, cGMPs and policies as necessary to accomplish.
- Ensures full compliance with the quality system in place in Pharmaceutical Sciences Aptuit Verona.
- Maintain updated own training file.
- Follow the safety guidelines.

Technical / Scientific
- Performed general laboratory task as mobile phase preparation, balance calibration, pH meter calibration, etc.
- Accurately review analytical data as required.
- Timely report laboratory data generated.
- Fully learn the basic use of business software such as iSILA Lims and Seeds.

Administrative General:

- Open a clear communication.
- Keeps supervisor informed of progress and activities.
- Listens carefully to others and responds appropriately.
- Cooperates with co-workers, team player.
- Willingness to contribute to team activities.
- Demonstrates flexibility in organizing work and priorities.
- Good organization skills relating to management of associates daily activities.
