**Functional Designer**

**Posizione**:
**eXact learning solutions** è un’azienda leader in ambito LCMS - Learning Content Management System, specializzata in software per contenuti digitali multimediali in ambito Enterprise e Education.

La persona scelta per il nostro team di sviluppo del prodotto è un designer esperto, con una buona leadership per guidare lo sviluppo dell’interfaccia nei progetti assegnati, con attenzione al cliente e un ruolo di gestione del prodotto.

**Attività**:

- Interagire con i clienti per acquisire dettagli su requisiti, casi d'uso o user story da incorporare nel design del prodotto
- Tradurre i requisiti delle nuove funzionalità in specifiche tecniche
- Identificare i rischi, i problemi e le dipendenze
- Analizzare, aggiornare e sviluppare i nuovi documenti di progettazione
- Collaborare in modo efficiente con il team di sviluppo e assicurarsi che i documenti di sviluppo/design siano allineati correttamente.
- Gestire i programmi di formazione per il personale interno o del cliente sulle funzionalità dei nuovi prodotti

**Requisiti**:

- Laurea o diploma in area técnica, preferibilmente in informatica o discipline affini
- Esperienza nel software design (minimo 5 anni)
- Esperienza nello studio, analisi e progettazione di software per aziende (minimo 5 anni)
- Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra
- Autonomia operativa e attitudine al problem solving
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (C1)
- Motivazione e forte interesse per il ruolo
