**Maintenance Ground Instructor**:
TXT Group is looking for an Aeronautical Instructor to join the Aerospace & Defence division of the TXT e-Tech Group company. This role is essential for the ground training of maintenance and specialist technical support staff.
The resource will be responsible for conducting both theoretical and practical courses, providing comprehensive and detailed training. Classes will take place both in the classroom and in hangars at customer sites, ensuring practical and applied learning.
**Main Responsibilities**:
The Ground Instructor will be responsible for delivery, in Italian or English, of courses with theoretical/practical training and demonstration lessons in classrooms and hangars;
In particular, he/she will have the following responsibilities:
Creation of ad hoc training material with respect to the client's needs and relative revision of existing material;
Delivery courses in Italian and English languages, with theoretical/practical training and demonstration lessons in the classroom and hangar;
Continuous updating of course topics, particularly on aircraft technology and configuration, to meet standard training requirements;
Collaborating with other instructors and the course leader in the preparation of the training plan;
Preparing and updating examination papers and administering course examinations as an examiner.
**Requirements**:
Proven Experience at least one year, in carrying out training activities, preferably in the aeronautical field;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Outlook);
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
**The following will be considered as a plus in the evaluation**:
At least 3 years' experience as an instructor in Part-147;
Possession of some of the following attestations/certifications (B1; B2 AML/MAML);
Possession of ICAO level 4 or CEFR B2 certification;
Previous experience as an instructor (preferably as a ground-based aviation instructor);
Previous experience in the field of aviation maintenance or equivalent.
**Qualification required**: Aeronautical diploma or degree in aerospace/aeronautical engineering.
The person must have strong public speaking skills, an aptitude for problem solving, communication and organisational skills, be able to work both in a team and on his own, and have previous experience of working in multicultural contexts.
The training activity will take place at facilities in the province of Varese, but foreign travel is possible.
