**Requisiti formativi**:

- Laurea Magistrale in CTF, Chimica, Chimica Analitica, Scienze Farmaceutiche, Biotecnologie, Ingenieria Chimica. Sarà considerato unplus avere una esperienza in ambito analitico (conoscenza HPLC/UPLC) e analitica di processo.

**Altri requisiti**:

- Conoscenze di processi fermentativi, analitica di processo analisi colorimetriche, cromatografia ad alta e bassa pressione, tecniche di purificazione
- Inglese fluente parlato e scritto
- Conoscenza della lingua italiana
- Conoscenza informatica, soprattutto Microsoft Office, word, excel
- Sarà consioderato un plus la eventuale conoscenza software HPLC (Empower e o Chromeleon) e software statistici (Minitab o similari).
- Essere precisi e orientati al risultato
- Mentalità positiva, aperta e trasparente

**Attività**

In questo contesto lo/la stagista imparerà a lavorare in un ambiente complesso a matrice, all’interno di processi strutturati che coinvolgono più funzioni aziendali: potrà interagire all’ interno dell’ unità in maniera osmotica nelle tre aree (Fermetnazione, Purificazione Analitica in process) e all’esterno con interazione cross-funzionale nelle diverse unità e funzioni, sotto la supervione del tutor aziendale e/o line manager. Una particolare attenzione verrà dedicata all’analisi “in process” sia di routine che di sviluppo dove verrà richiesta una particolare attenzione alla qualità dei risultati prodotti e della loro archiviazione (data integrity) per un miglioramento del flusso e delle tempistiche di lavoro.

**Competenze da sviluppare**:

- Apprendere le principali tecniche di purificazione rivolte principalmente al “Primary Recovery” che saranno integrate nell’attività lavorativa dei singoli progetti e supportarle attivamente.
- Apprendere i principali saggi analitici sia colorimetrici ( sono esempi micro-Bca, Lowry) e di identificazione della purezza sia dei singoli antigeni proteici che degli antigeni polisaccaridi glicoconiugati per il controllo degli intermedi di processo: sono esempi SDS-PAGE and Western Blot e analisi HPLC. Dare supporto nelle analisi “in process” di routine quando richiesto e pianificato dal team.
- Apprendere in maniera trasversale le principali tecniche di purificazione cromatografiche (AKTA FPLC) e di filtrazione ortogonale e tangenziale.
- Analizzare e riportare i risultati secondo le politiche aziendali e le procedure stabilite
- Registare e conservare la documentazione richiesta per processi e attrezzature
- Intraprendere tutti programmi di formazione obbligatoria GSK, comprese le politiche in matera di etica, pratiche commerciali, salute e sicurezza.
- Essere integrato nel gruppo e imparare a lavorare in squandra
- ** **Comprendere e segure le istruzioni di lavoro e le procedure standard e di sicurezza HSE&E
