We are looking for a Navigation System and Solution Architect with the following features:

- graduated with a Master of Engineering or Computer Science or in University, and significant experience in architecture and engineering systems
- leader willing to engage and develop your team through the use of collaborative work and challenging approaches
- responsible and show a great sense of initiative
- good communication and relationship skills

Must have:

- aware of the description of the operational concept
- deep knowledge of the field and its technical strategy
- familiar with operational analysis and with Concept, Design, Experimentation and Simulation tools, as well as modelling tools (such as MBSE)
- able to work in co-engineering (Lean Thinking, Obeya...)
- understand the different actors involved in the project and are able to contextualise and change the perspective (political, economic, social, technical, environmental, legal...)
- familiar with working with Integration Verification Validation Qualification and Agile methods

Nice to have:

- basic telecommunication principles (propagation error, access schema, modulations, etc.)
- know about satellite navigation principles (how they works, which are the main key performance parameters, etc.)
- familiar with simulation tools such as Matlab, STK, etc.
- You want to participate to international meetings with the main European Space actors (ESA, EUSPA, EC, etc.)
- know about Agile methodologies (e.g. Lean Engineering, SAFe, etc.)
