Plm Engineer

POSITION PURPOSE:
This positionsupports the mechanical design of harvesting equipment. This includes:
Local administrator and supporter of CREO, PDM-link and Windchill products for sites Breganze and RandersImplement and support Engineering tools like PDM-link and CREO to the engineering team and to the cross functional teamManage Project Link for offsite ContractorsSupport development of Virtual Build ProcessSupport the development of a global release processSupport new initiatives that relates to engineering systems and standardsCollaboration between other AGCO sites for engineering, manufacturing, quality, purchasingParticipate in meetings for Engineering software and processFUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
High level of expertise with PDM strategy, implementation and organizational change managementHigh knowledge of TDD (Top Down Design)Ability to teach and write training materials in English and ItalianGood understanding of organizational information flow of product dataCreation and maintenance product structureThebasic function in agricultural machinery like tractors, implements and combine harvestersBUSINESS EXPERTISE:
Super user knowledge of PTC products Creo and Windchill.Innovative mind set to create new smart solutions, by thinking out of the boxGood skills in working with one or more modern ERP systems (i.e. SAP, BAAN, JDEdwards, Navision, Concorde, Axapta)LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
Teamwork skills are required as the employee will be working in teams internal at the site and across to other AGCO sites.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
The job holder will have the following mínimal and preferred qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Applicable Area of Study including Information Technology, Information Systems, Manufacturing Engineering or Engineering discipline5 years of professional experience with product data management - PDMItalian and excellent English language and writing abilityExcel, Word and Powerpoint skills
