OBIETTIVI DELLA POSIZIONE:

- Assicurare la conformità dei prodotti agli standard aziendali previsti ed alle norme di riferimento.
- Assicurare la piena soddisfazione del cliente relativamente alla Qualità del prodotto.
- Collaborare alla definizione dei kpi qualità e dei target di miglioramento qualità.
- Raggiungere i kpi e i target di miglioramento qualità stabiliti.
- Evidenziare in fase di sviluppo prodotto gli aspetti critici per la Qualità.
- Gestire le non conformità interne, esterne da clienti e sister company (ICO).
- Assicurare la conformità del sistema Qualità ai requisiti della norma ISO9001:2015 e ai requisiti delle norme relative ad ambiente, sicurezza ed etica.
- Collaborare alla stesura /aggiornamento delle procedure SQ e documentazione SQ.

RESPONSABILITA’ E RUOLO:

- Gestire il personale addetto al controllo Qualità della produzione dei nr. 3 reparti produttivi.
- Gestire le NON CONFORMITA’ interne, esterne lamentate dal cliente. Essere un riferimento autorevole e credibile per i clienti e sister company (ICO).
- Coordinare azioni di miglioramento atte al raggiungimento dei target assegnati.
- Effettuare l’analisi dei difetti, ricerca root-cause, definizione delle azioni correttive.
- Essere da riferimento agli organismi notificati e ai clienti nella esecuzione degli audit e nel gestire la soluzione delle NC ed osservazioni emerse.
- Gestire le attività per la conformità del Sistema Qualità alla norma ISO9001:2015, quali: aggiornamento informazioni documentate, calibrazione strumenti, gestione delle non conformità, esecuzione audit interni, ecc..
- Pianifica il proprio aggiornamento professionale e quello dei collaboratori diretti, in modo da mantenerlo adeguato ai compiti, responsabilità ed obiettivi di sviluppo della propria area ed alla dinamica di trasformazione del contesto sociale in cui opera.
- Promuove/pianifica training a operatori, collaboratori e impiegati sugli aspetti qualitativi, i requisiti normativi e le tecniche di problem solving.

Riporterà direttamente al Direttore Operation e all’AD per il sistema qualità.

REQUISITI ED ESPERIENZA:

- Almeno 10 anni di esperienza come Responsabile Qualità di medio/grandi aziende manifatturiere
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese.
- Padronanza dei sistemi informatici.
- Conoscenza delle normative applicabili all’industria metalmeccanica.
- Conoscenza degli strumenti relativi alle tecniche di problem solving e di miglioramento continuo.
- Doti di Leadership.
- Teamwork.

ISTRUZIONE:
Laurea in Ingegneria Magistrale, preferibilmente Meccanica o Energetica
