We're seeking a **Customer Service Intern **to assist the local team in Lainate for a fixed-term internship. The position is based at our Lainate location, Atotech Italia Srl, Via Lecco, 6, 20045 Italia. Please ensure that commuting to the office daily is feasible for you.
**As an intern, your responsibilities **within the department will include:
- Handling phone calls
- Ensuring the accuracy of data in documentation
- Archiving documentation
- Reception activities
**What we expect from you**:
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the Customer Service role
- Currently pursuing university studies (second/third year) in Economics or a related field
- Proficiency in both English and Italian
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
