Descrizione degli obbiettivi formativi:

- Comprensione del compito assegnato.
- Attività eseguite in modo coerente con gli standard di qualità di Stantec.
- Attività eseguite in modo coerente con gli obiettivi, le scadenze ed il budget del progetto.
- Proficua cooperazione con il team di progetto.

Competenze da acquisire:

- Normativa e procedure di autorizzazione degli impianti rinnovabili in Italia
- Individuare i pro e i contro dei siti per l'installazione di impianti REN
- Comprendere i vincoli ambientali, sociali e paesaggistici per lo sviluppo di impianti eolici e fotovoltaici
- Coordinare e integrare gli input ricevuti da diversi specialisti e contribuire direttamente allo sviluppo di progetti rinnovabili per l'autorizzazione.
- Eseguire valutazioni tecniche relative all'analisi di impianti rinnovabili a diversi stadi di sviluppo (in fase di sviluppo, autorizzato, realizzato).

**Qualifications**:
Competenze tecniche e caratteristiche personali
- Formazione: laurea magistrale in ambito ambientale (preferenza per geologia, scienze ambientali, scienze naturali e ingegneria ambientale).
- Forte interesse per il settore delle rinnovabili, soprattutto solare fotovoltaico ed eolico.
- Flessibilità, curiosità, proattività e forte attitudine al lavoro in gruppo.
- Spiccate capacità di comunicazione verbale e scritta.
- Disponibilità a viaggi di lavoro in tutto il mondo per periodi medio-brevi.

Competenze informatiche
- Buona conoscenza degli strumenti di Microsoft Office.
- Conoscenza Base di AutoCad e GIS (ArcGis o QGIS).
- La conoscenza di PVSyst/WindPRO è considerata un valore aggiunto

Competenze linguistiche
- Ottima padronanza dell'italiano, sia scritto che orale.
- Ottima padronanza dell'inglese, sia scritto che orale.
- La conoscenza di altra lingua straniera è considerata un valore aggiunto
