PDS Business unit in Monza is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist

As a Supply Chain Specialist you will join the PDS manufacturing department based in Monza. You will own the supply purchasing process and proactively in answer Customer requests after alignment with internal functions such as Finance, Quality Operations, Business Management, Production, Quality.

Specific main tasks will include:

- arrange and monitor inbound and outbound shipments of Customer material; coordinate warehouse schedule; prepare shipping documents; collaborate with couriers & freight forwarders
- issue invoices upon completion of products and services
- issue shipping documents
- handle Customer request
- keep SAP system updated with current information
- create & update reports
- request quotation for shipment
- create new item code in SAP
- issue purchase requests and purchase orders and monitor their shipment
- issue customers material inventory

Requirements: How will you get there?
- Preferrable degree in management, economics and industrial engineering
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service/import-export team in a manufacturing organization
- Experience in a heavily regulated (i.e. GMP) business is a plus
- Proficient SAP user
- Fluent in English and Italian
