A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.

What you will do

Technical Leader will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration of final manufactured products from Concept through Production Validation for projects belonging to CBI area.
- Guidance to technical team in determining project requirements and developing design solutions according to project’s constraints (scope, time, cost, quality )
- Responsibility of design activity, with guidance and supervision of tasks of other colleagues, both in terms of design and CFD analysis
- Cooperation with team members and Stakeholders to ensure projects are completed according to plan
- Identifying risks and developing contingency plans
- Accountability of project documentation (2D/3D drawings, assemblies, BOMs, action register, FMEAs )
- Constant update to management about progresses
- Guidance to technical team for prototype assembly, engineering builds, test setup
- Interface with suppliers during design developing, optimization and verification phases

What you need to succeed

Must have
- Mechanical Structure working background in similar industrial fields
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Good knowledge of CAD tools (CREO or similar) and integration tools (Teamcenter or similar)
- CFD analysis background is a plus
- General knowledge of FMEA, Six Sigma tools
- Education:_ Mechanical Engineering Degree
- Professional Experience_:_ Minimum 5 years as Senior or Lead engineer, Engineering manager, project manager
- Languages: _Italian & very good English knowledge
