Global Connection and Media Manager (M/F/d)
- The Global Connection and Media Manager will help create and sustain a world class connection strategy which will drive growth and brand equity and maximize media efficiency and effectiveness around the world.
- Your responsibilities:
- Drive the development of Global Connections & Media brief
- Negotiate the global media contract ensuring best conditions
- Manage Media intervention and issue resolution within local markets, assessing drivers of market performance and facilitating market improvement plans
- Support local markets in developing world class Connection and Media plans
- Manage and negotiate global deals with media partners such as Google and Meta
- Collaborate with local markets to ensure cohesive in-market media strategy and execution
- Ensure appropriate integration of new media and Precision Marketing principles
- Ensure the Global Marketing Team and priority stake-holders are kept abreast of new media trends and emerging channels
- Identify and manage innovation opportunities and bring fresh, creative thinking to ensure we are leveraging media in the most surprising and provocative ways

Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or equivalent
- 5+ years of relevant work experience either client-side or media agency managing media budgets for a brand or brands—preferably in the FMCG or Health industry
- Deep understanding of digital and media market trends and innovations with a proven track record in social and digital media
- Fluency and experience with brand measurement metrics and analytics (online and offline)
- An integrated marketing mind-set and excellent understanding of the interplay offline and online, and between paid, earned and owned channels
- Excellent English language skills and preferably fluent in German and/or Italian
