**General Job Function**:

- The primary function for the automatic/robot welder is to execute welds in automatic welding process as SAW/ESW/GTAW HW.- Il compito principale del saldatore automatico/ROBOT è quello di eseguire saldature secondo processi di saldatura automatica come SAW/ESW/GTAW HW_

**Duties and Responsibilities (in the order of priority)**:

- Welding- The Welder executes the welding following typical automatic processes as SAW/ESW/GTAW HW using automatic welding equipment (Beams for automatic welding and robot).- Il saldatore esegue la saldatura seguendo processi automatici tipici come _SAW/ESW/GTAW HW
- _ utilizzando apparecchiature di saldatura automatiche(Travi per saldatura automatica e robot)._
- Welding monitoring- The Welder records essential welding parameters through the welding monitoring template.- Il saldatore registra i parametri di saldatura essenziali per mezzo della sagoma di monitoraggio della saldatura._
- Welding Preparation- The Welder must be able to verify the correct preparation of the components and their surfaces in order to be welded (if is necessary using grinders machines)- Il saldatore deve essere in grado di verificare la corretta preparazione dei componenti e delle loro superfici da saldare ( e se necessario utilizzare machine per molare)_
- Weld Quality- The Welder detects equipment’s, materials’ and welds’ flaws notifying them to the supervisors.- Il saldatore rileva il malfunzionamento delle attrezzature o difetti nei materiali e nelle saldature, notificandoli ai supervisori._
- Weld Movement- The Welder moves parts into position, manually, forklift or with hoists or cranes.- Il saldatore sposta le parti in posizione, manualmente, muletto o con paranchi o gru._
- Safety Compliance- Complies with company policy standards and procedures e.g. safety, quality, risk, security etc. applicable to the role.- Rispetta gli standard e le procedure aziendali, ad es. sicurezza, qualità, rischio, sicurezza, ecc. applicabili al ruolo._
